Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain budgets and buyout worksheets
- Prepare commitment documents and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Order materials/tools and prepare in-house schedules
- Responsible for distribution, tracking, updating and filing of all drawings and specifications.
- Assist Project Manager in preparation of project reports such as field, meeting minutes, tracking logs, and change orders.
- Prepare and revise punch list in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Maintains project files including all documentation and electronic files
- Prepare the owners service and maintenance manuals, in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years experience in high-end residential construction, facilities management.
- Proficient in Sage 300/Timberline, Construction Accounting, MS Project & MS Office Suite.
