Job Description

Assistant Controller – Private Equity


Responsibilities:

 

  • Timely payment and tracking of fund capital calls, invoices and other cash movements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators
  • Work with fund administrators and other service providers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain internal tracking of investors, including transactions and balances
  • Support investors with onboarding process; reviewing subscription documents and assisting with any questions
  • Coordinate with investors and fund administrators on any investor wires
  • Liaise between fund administrator and investors on any AML requests
  • Respond to investor due diligence requests
  • Update data-related marketing materials


Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of fund accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
